A block of 30 rooms has been reserved and can be booked independently by participants by using the code FOE2025:

Each guest will receive an email confirming their reservation with all the details of the included services.
The following room block will be held, with each participant responsible for his/her own payment:
- 15 Double rooms with accommodation only, at the cost of Euro 155.00 per room/night
- 15 Double rooms-Single use with accommodation only, at the cost of Euro 115.00 per room/night
City tax Euro 1.50 per person/night
Supplement for breakfast: Euro 21.00 per person/meal
Parking in the garage: Euro 15.00 per night/car
Rooms option holds until 15th August, 2025
Payment: credit card as guarantee for each reservation.
Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation 7 days or less before arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the stay will be charged.
