Participants will be selected through a competitive and transparent process based on merit, motivation, and potential impact. The selection will consider the applicant’s teaching experience, demonstrated interest in inquiry-based science education, and ability to effectively apply and disseminate the knowledge gained in their local context. In line with LAAAMP’s commitment to inclusivity and equitable access, the final cohort will reflect a balanced representation in terms of gender, geographical distribution, and disciplinary background. Priority will be given to active educators from underserved or underrepresented regions who can act as multipliers within their institutions and communities. Adequate English proficiency and full availability for the duration of the workshop are required to ensure effective participation.
