- Invited talks: talk duration is 23 minutes, followed by 7 min discussion
- Slides can be uploaded to the meeting room PC from your USB key. HDMI or USB-C cables are also available to connect your own laptop. Alternatively, you can connect to the wireless network and share the presentation from ZOOM. Microphone and video camera must be switched off.
- Poster session: poster orientation is portrait. The maximum size of posters is A0 (velcro stickers/pins will be provided). Posters could be hung starting from the morning of December 2nd.
