Funding for Students
Thanks to the support of the COST Action NEXT, the workshop offers 10 travel grants of up to €500 each (based on receipts) to students at Master or Doctoral level who wish to attend the workshop. The selection will be made on a "first come, first served" basis.
To apply for the travel grant, the student must write a short message to:
and request from her/his supervisor (this can be in the form of an email message) confirming her/his status as a student.
Please note that the grants will be paid AFTER the meeting. In addition, in order to be eligible, the 3-step registration that must be followed strictly:
- Step 1: register as COST member using this link: COST Next Registration.
- Step 2: register as COST Action Next CA22148 member.
- Step 3: in order to participate in person or remotely (exclusively as an auditor) registration via the Indico form is mandatory.
Failure to complete these steps will invalidate your registration and your request for financial support for travel expenses.
Selected students are required to keep all the original receipts. We encourage interested students to apply as soon as possible.
