Registration procedure COST
Registration with COST is mandatory before you can register for the “NICE2026 Workshop”.
All participants are kindly asked to follow the COST Action registration procedure below:
- Step 1: Register as a COST member using this link: COST Action Registration

- Step 2: Log in to e-COST and select “Register as a member” of COST Action CA22148 – NEXT: An international network for Non-linear Extreme ultraviolet to hard X-ray Techniques [https://www.cost.eu/actions/CA22148/].
Choose at least one of the three work packages.
Indicate "NICE2026 Workshop" and provide a short motivation for joining NEXT.
Your membership will be reviewed and approved by the NEXT core group within a few days.
- Step 3: Once approved, you will receive an official invitation email from e-COST to attend the “NICE2026 Workshop”.
If you are a financially supported speaker, the message will explicitly confirm your eligibility for reimbursement.
Please follow the link in the email and accept the invitation. This will confirm both your COST financial support and the Local Organizer Support grant for the host institute.
After completing the registration to the COST Action, participants are kindly requested to read the following information regarding confidentiality and data protection.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
I hereby grant permission to the COST Action 22148:
• To film and take pictures of me in the framework of “NICE2026 Workshop";
and
• To use and make use of those photographs and/or videos, COST Action 22148 website, and other communications tools or publications for communication purposes.
I am informed that I have the right to withdraw the present authorisation at any time through email to NICE2026@elettra.eu).
NOTE: Withdrawing your consent means that the pictures of you will not be used any longer. However, use of your data in the past remains valid.
