To pay your fee, please access your registration at the following link:
https://indico.elettra.eu/event/33/registrations/23/ and proceed to the Check Out at the bottom of the page. No payments onsite will be available.
Registration without receipt of payment until 14th April 2024 will be automatically cancelled.
Payment of the conference fee is to be made by PagoPA. For any payment-related issue please send an email to eweg2d24@elettra.eu with subject "EWEG2D payment issue".
Cancellation policy
In case you already registered and paid for the conference but you cannot take part for any reason, the following rules for refunding of the conference fee apply:
- until 14.04.2024: 100% refund
- 15.04 - 21.04.2024: 80% refund
- from 22.04.2024: no refund
All refund requests should be sent by email to eweg2d24@elettra.eu with subject "EWEG2D refund request".
