The conference fee includes:
- access to all scientific sessions of the Workshop, book of abstracts;
- accommodation from 14.05.2024 to 18.05.2024 (4 nights) with breakfasts;
- lunch from 15.05 to 17.05.2024 and dinner from 14.05 to 17.05.2024 (social dinner on 16.05.2024);
- all coffee breaks, drinks during the poster sessions, and participation in the excursion;
- access to the Hotel fully equipped gym.
The conference fee for attendees from Local institutions includes:
- access to all scientific sessions of the Workshop, book of abstracts;
- all coffee breaks, drinks during the poster sessions, participation in the excursion and social dinner on 16.05.2024.

The deadline for the payment for the early bird registration is March 10, 2024 while for the regular registration is April 14, 2024.
Please note that the capacity of the available lecture hall restricts the number of participants to approximately 120. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot. Be aware that "Senior" registrations may be converted to "Junior" registrations by the organizers if single-room availability becomes limited.
