Hotel Perla is currently experiencing technical difficulties affecting both its reservation and email systems. Hotel staff are temporarily unable to access booking requests or respond to emails.
We kindly ask workshop participants to wait until the end of next week before contacting the hotel or making a reservation. We will provide an update as soon as the systems are available again.

Special accommodation rates have been arranged for participants at selected Hit Universe of Fun hotels in Nova Gorica. Workshop participants can choose between Perla Hotel & Casino, Park Hotel & Entertainment, and Sabotin Hotel, located within a short distance of the conference venue.
A dedicated booking code will be provided shortly. To benefit from the special workshop rates, participants will need to include the booking code when making their reservation. We recommend booking your accommodation early, as hotel availability may be limited during the workshop period.

Getting around
Nova Gorica is a compact and walkable city. Please note that Uber is not available, and public transportation is limited. We therefore recommend staying at one of the suggested hotels, which provide convenient access to the conference venue.
