Registration for the LLRF Topical Workshop includes full access to the technical sessions and all workshop activities.
Early Bird Registration – €380
Available until 13th September 2026.
Late Registration – €480
Available from 14 September 2026 until one week before the workshop.
A discounted fee is avaiable to students with provided photo of a student ID card with the price of 300 eur. Deadline for application is 13th of September. After that normal registration of 480 eur applies.
The registration fee includes:
- Access to all technical sessions

- Coffee breaks throughout the workshop
- Welcome Reception
- Workshop Dinner
- Transportation to and from the technical visit to the Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste and FERMI facilities
