INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS
o Slides will preferably use the 16:9 aspect ratio.
o Presentations must be uploaded to Indico at least the night before their scheduled time in order to allow verification and transfer to the workshop computer.
o File: format will be either .ppt and/or .pdf
o There will be absolutely no provision for authors to use their personal computers under any circumstances.
· POSTER INSTRUCTIONS
o Each poster will be presented on a single board, whose dimensions are ** cm (** inches) wide x *** cm (**inches) high.
o We recommend to prepare and print a poster of size ISO A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) or US Arch E (36 in x 48 in) in PORTRAIT orientation on the board.
Note: Avoid landscape orientation for the A0/Arch E formats, as it will be too wide to fit the poster boards.
o The Conference Organisers will provide all necessary supplies for mounting the posters (tape, etc).
